Mexican Arnica can often be found in oils and creams for bruises or other skin irritations along with body and scalp products. Make your own healing oil for balms or direct application.
Fill a clean glass jar halfway with Dried Chamomile Flowers.
Pour a carrier oil (like Organic Almond Oil or Jojoba Oil) over the flowers until the jar is full.
Seal the jar and place it in a sunny window for 2 to 4 weeks. Shake it gently every day.
Strain the flowers with a cheesecloth. Store the oil in a cool, dark place.
